We’re thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Pathfinder Personnel Recruitment family – Antony Robins (Tony)! As we continue to grow and evolve, it’s with great excitement that we introduce you to the latest member of our dynamic team.
Meet Tony!
Tony comes to us with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry bringing a unique perspective and a passion for recruitment.
Tony come from a background in Warehouse and Logistics, which spans 30 years. For the past 7 years, Tony has worked in recruitment, predominantly in logistics and blue collar.
Tony’s passion and hobbies includes keeping up to date with the latest technology, whether it’s the latest phone or tablet, he loves his gadgets! He has 4 Grandchildren and tries to see them most weekends, and enjoys travelling as much as he can, in particular his favourite places being the Greek Islands. Another hobby includes watching sports, particularly Cricket and Rugby Union.
Why Pathfinder Personnel Recruitment?
We asked Tony why he chose to join Pathfinder. “I was drawn to Pathfinder because of the varied work they do in the shipping industry. I have had an infinity with Southampton Port since the late 80’s when I worked for a ship stores company”
What Tony brings to the Table
“I like to think myself as a Manager that is approachable and willing to listen to ideas’ from my team. I am proactive and always think ahead. I have vast experience in recruitment and planning and I want to pass that knowledge on to my new team. I have some idea’s on how to streamline the way we work and I will be implementing them before the new season starts in 2024”
