Pathfinder Recruitment require Cruise Marshals for our contract in Southampton Docks.
This is a flexible opportunity, and you may be requested to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Our busy Cruise season runs from May to October.
Responsibilities (Various Marshalling Roles which will vary per shift):
• Ticket Writers – Assisting guests with their luggage labels and pre-embarkation guidance
• Traffic Marshalling – Greet and direct guest driven and chauffeured vehicles/coaches
• Directional Marshalling – Assisting port staff with a variety of light duties
• Stores Marshalling – Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles remain safe during quayside operations
• Gangway Marshalling – Greeting guests embarking/debarking the vessel whilst undertaking essential safety duties
• Follow any other given instructions.
Benefits:
Competitive pay rate of £12.89 per hour weekdays and £13.45 per hour weekends and bank holidays, inclusive of paid annual leave accrual.
