Our aim is simple; to provide skilled candidates, flexible and adaptable, with the ability to perform a premier service for all our clients, no matter the time, 365 days a year.  Ensuring you have the right personnel is key and we’ll work hard on your behalf to ensure do just that.

Please note that all applicants to Pathfinder are kept informed of their progress at each stage of the application process.

How our process works

  1. 1 Job Role & Company Requirements

    We gather a clear understanding of your culture and job role requirements

  2. 2 Candidate Attraction

    We use the most suited candidate attraction campaign for your needs.
    We utilise multiple sources including; Pathfinder database, industry job boards, Universal Job Match, social media and referrals

  3. 3 Screening & Shortlisting

    All candidates are taken through a detailed 20 minute telephone identifying competency, behaviour and communication skills along with appetite for the role

  4. 4 Pre-Employment Checks

    Comprehensive pre-employment checks are carried out on all candidates prior to placement. This includes a referenced employment history, legislative, DVLA and certification checks. Where relevant all our candidates are checked to satisfy ISPS requirements

  5. 5 Assessment

    Successful candidates are invited to a Induction, involving a more in-depth face to face interview. This is followed by a Health and Safety Briefing. Issuing PPE and any additional role specific assessments/training (as required)

  6. 6 Placement / Onboarding

    Keeping you informed at all stages, we will fully manage the placement/onboarding process of candidates, including joining instructions, timesheets, invoicing and payroll (where appropriate)
