Skillsouth Ltd is created

Skillsouth (Training and Resources) Ltd is created as a wholly owned subsidiary of SCH Ltd. STR has two distinct business areas:

1.  A labour agency to primarily support the extreme resource peaks and troughs of the other group companies SCH and CPS Ltd; and
2.  A training company specialising in the provision of industrial plant training and health and safety training to companies within the Southampton area.
