Pathfinder personnel recruitment consultant Keeley McConnell has demonstrated her top quality industry standards after passing the Recruitment and Employers Confederation compliance test with flying colours.
The REC online compliance test assesses an agency’s knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and the REC Code of Professional Practice (REC Code).
It is designed to show that those who achieve the required standard deliver the right people every time, care about what they do and have an unmatched level of professionalism. REC members must pass the REC’s Compliance Test on entry to the REC and then must pass again every two years to retain membership.
Keeley, who has been with Pathfinder for five years, passed the test with a score of over 90 per cent, having initially achieved the accreditation two years ago.
Keeley’s success means that Pathfinder is authorised to use the REC logo, showing that the company has passed the initial Compliance Test and adheres to the REC Code.
