Pathfinder has unveiled a new website designed to promote its expanding range of agency services to external customers and to make the process of joining the company simpler for agency staff.
The attractive template highlights Pathfinder’s services in supplying port, industrial and commercial staff, while candidates can identify opportunities more easily in a wide range of locations including Southampton, Liverpool, Portsmouth and Sheerness.
The website revamp is part of a drive to strengthen the business beyond the port sector where many of Pathfinder’s agency staff have developed skills that are of considerable value in other industrial sectors such as manufacturing and warehousing.
For agency personnel, the website refresh is also the first stage in a series of moves to improve interaction and communications with those responsible for allocating work.
Agency Manager Charlotte Nancarrow explains: “Having noted the findings of a survey among our staff, we are in the process of developing new and more efficient ways that they can engage with us, manage their workloads and inform us of their availability.”
